Under the supervision of an Account Manager, the Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns.
The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, research and handling budgets. Duties of an Account Coordinator include composing client correspondence, creating presentations and maintaining contact lists. You will also work closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs. You must also be able pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address client issues. A degree in marketing, journalism or related field is required.
